2. Product Representation

We strive to present every product with the highest level of accuracy across imagery, descriptions, and pricing. However, due to variations in screen displays, lighting conditions, and the handcrafted nature of our garments, slight differences in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These nuances are inherent to the making process and are not considered defects. As our collections evolve, certain pieces may be updated, modified, or discontinued without prior notice.

2.1 Product Warranty

Each MER piece undergoes a thorough quality check prior to dispatch. We offer a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of delivery, applicable only to verified manufacturing defects.

This includes:

Structural stitching issues
Seam misalignment

This warranty does not cover:

Natural colour variations or dye transfer
Damage caused by washing, improper care, or failure to follow garment instructions (all pieces are dry-clean only)
Normal wear and tear over time
Damage due to misuse, negligence, or external factors
Alterations or repairs carried out without authorization
Products purchased through third-party sellers or multi-brand outlets (MBOs)

3. Intellectual Property

All content featured on this website—including but not limited to imagery, text, logos, trademarks, and design elements—is the exclusive property of MER (Realm Luxe Atelier LLP) or its authorised partners. Any form of use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We may, at our discretion, offer exclusive pricing, promotions, or personalised offers to select customers. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
