  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • During peak periods, processing timelines may extend slightly

You will be notified as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically delivered within 15–20 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

  • Deliveries to remote or non-metro locations may require additional time
  • Express delivery (approximately 7 business days) is available for select styles and cities at an additional charge

While we strive to adhere to all timelines, delays caused by external factors or logistics partners may occasionally occur.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, are clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.

  • Any ongoing offers will be transparently communicated
  • No additional or hidden charges are applied post-checkout

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you encounter any issues with tracking updates, our team will be happy to assist.

5. Delivery Assistance

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to incorrect address details or recipient's unavailability, the courier partner may reattempt delivery.

  • If the order is returned to us, re-shipment may incur additional charges

We recommend reviewing all delivery details carefully at the time of placing your order.

If your package appears tampered with, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery, we advise that you refuse acceptance and notify us immediately at support@houseofmer.in.

Please note that accepting a visibly compromised package may affect your eligibility for exchange or store credit.
