We follow an exchange-only policy. Monetary refunds are not offered on returned products.

Yes, deliveries to non-metro or remote areas may take longer.
Yes, express delivery (approximately 7 business days) is available for select products and locations at an additional charge.
While we aim to meet timelines, delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen external factors.
Any applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
No, there are no hidden charges after order confirmation.
All international orders are shipped on a DDU basis, meaning:
- Product prices exclude import duties and taxes
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, local taxes, and clearance charges at delivery
Orders can only be cancelled if they are delayed beyond 20 business days due to our or our logistics partner’s responsibility.
