ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND ELIGIBILITY

Binding Acceptance
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or making any purchase on our platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies published on our website, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Realm Luxe Atelier LLP, operating under the brand name MER, provides an e-commerce platform through which Users may purchase luxury readymade garments, fashion apparel, accessories, and complementary fashion items, including limited edition and seasonal collections. Our platform additionally offers product browsing and search functionality, Wishlist management, customer account and order management, shipment tracking and delivery notifications, and customer support and grievance redressal services. We may also publish fashion editorial content, product care guidance, and style resources from time to time.

Service Availability
Our website and application are accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or security-related interruptions. We shall endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to our services and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability due to technical issues, Internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Account Creation
To access certain features of our platform and complete purchases, you may be required to register for an account. During registration, you may be asked to provide your full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, date of birth, wedding anniversary date, and a username and password. Payment information will be collected separately at the time of checkout.

You may request termination of your account at any time by writing to us at legal@houseofmer.in. Account termination does not extinguish your liability in respect of any outstanding payments, prior purchases, or legal obligations incurred prior to termination.

Prohibition on Multiple Accounts
You may not create or operate multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, manipulating pricing, or fraudulently claiming promotional offers. We reserve the right to terminate all accounts associated or linked with such conduct.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Ownership

Limited License

User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, feedback, or other content through our platform (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your User Content for our marketing, promotional, and business purposes. You warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, is not defamatory or unlawful, and that you have obtained all necessary consents to submit it. We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

Copyright Complaints
If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at admin@houseofmer.in with your full name and contact details, a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, the location of the alleged infringing content on our platform, and evidence of your copyright ownership. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
