PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes are issued for specific purposes and are non-transferable. They may be subject to validity periods, minimum purchase thresholds, or product-category restrictions. Codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated. Codes are not redeemable for cash and may not be applied to returns or exchanges. Use of duplicate, invalid, or fraudulently obtained promotional codes is prohibited and may result in order cancellation and account termination. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time; however, such changes will not affect orders already confirmed at the time of the change.

For example, you may not combine a "New Customer 10% Off" code with a "Seasonal Sale 20% Off" code in the same transaction unless we specifically indicate "StackABLE WITH OTHER OFFERS" in the promotional terms. Where multiple discounts are available to you, we will automatically apply the highest value discount unless you request otherwise.

GIFT CARDS AND VOUCHERS

Gift cards and vouchers issued by us are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards do not earn loyalty points or cashback and must be used within their stated validity period.

LOYALTY PROGRAMS

Where we operate a loyalty or rewards program, points earned are non-transferable and non-convertible into cash. Points are subject to expiry periods as specified in the applicable program terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any loyalty program with reasonable prior notice.
