Product Descriptions
We endeavour to provide accurate and complete product descriptions, images, size specifications, and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that such information is free from errors or omissions. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only; actual colours may vary due to photography lighting, device display settings, and individual screen calibrations. Size charts are provided as general guidance; actual fit may vary across individuals and garment types. We recommend reviewing product descriptions, customer reviews, and care instructions carefully before placing an order.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). We strive to maintain accurate pricing; however, prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error due to a technical or administrative fault, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order, notify you of the correct price, and offer you the option to confirm or cancel the order. Any payment received in respect of a cancelled order shall be refunded in accordance with our Store Credit Policy set out in Section 9 below. All prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other levies, which will be calculated and added at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to offer personalized or promotional pricing to specific Users at our discretion.

Product Availability
Product listings are subject to availability. Stock status indicators such as “In Stock,” “Out of Stock,” or “Pre-Order” are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee of availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and confirmed, we shall notify you and offer either a full store credit or, with your consent, a substitute product of equivalent value. Pre-order products are subject to availability at the time of fulfilment; in the event pre-ordered items cannot be fulfilled, a full store credit will be issued and you will be notified accordingly.

Intellectual Property in Product Listings
All product images, descriptions, designs, trademarks, and logos displayed on our platform are the exclusive property of Realm Luxe Atelier LLP or our authorized suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use any such material without our prior written authorization. Reverse engineering or any attempt to replicate our designs or products is strictly prohibited.

2. PRODUCT WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

Limited Warranty
All products sold through MER are inspected for quality prior to dispatch and are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Manufacturing defects include structural stitching defects and misalignment of seams. We do not offer a manufacturing warranty against colour variation, colour bleeding, or dye transfer, as all our garments are dry-clean only and any such occurrence resulting from washing or improper care will not be covered.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not extend to: (i) normal wear and tear; (ii) damage arising from customer negligence, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions; (iii) fading or damage resulting from machine washing, sun exposure, or chemical cleaning; (iv) damage from accidents or mishandling; or (v) defects resulting from unauthorized alteration or repair.

Warranty Claims
To claim warranty service, please contact legal@houseofmer.in within thirty (30) days of delivery, providing your order number, photographic evidence of the defect, and a description of the issue.

Product Care
Detailed care instructions are provided on product labels and on our website. You agree to follow all care instructions, store products appropriately, and use only recommended cleaning methods. Damage resulting from non-compliance with care instructions is not covered under warranty and does not qualify for exchange or store credit.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly provided in Section 2.1 above, all products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Realm Luxe Atelier LLP disclaims all such warranties.
